QualityForge was founded in 2016 by three senior QA engineers who had spent years watching fast-growing startups treat testing as an afterthought — brittle scripts, undocumented edge cases, and release cycles that everyone quietly dreaded. They believed testing deserved the same engineering discipline as the product itself, and set out to prove it.
What started as a three-person consultancy working out of a co-working space grew, release by release, into a distributed team spanning six global hubs. Along the way, QualityForge built proprietary automation tooling, a reusable framework for regulated industries, and a reputation for catching the defects that matter before they ever reach production.
